Begin the day by moving through 12 sun salutations across the land, each one a prayer and a blessing. Close with a ribbon ceremony, a ritual for releasing what you are ready to let go of and opening to what you most wish to call in.

Reconnect with the natural world through the lens of Nature Constellations. Explore how ancestral stories and inherited patterns shape our sense of belonging with the land, plants, and the wider web of life. Leave with simple ways to carry these relationships into your daily life. No prior experience needed.

Ecstatic Dance with Dima is free-form, unstructured movement with optional somatic tools, including Dima's 10 S's, that support nervous system regulation throughout. Close with a 15-minute sound bath woven with mantra and high-frequency sound. All bodies and levels are welcome.

As the sun sets, gather around the fire for a live acoustic performance by Dima and Patiño. This is devotional world music, channeling mantra and musical traditions from across cultures, with live guitar and singing bowls weaving through original devotional melodies.

Bring and label your food. There will be a refrigerator and coolers available. If you have extra coolers, they would be much appreciated!
